Most orders ship in 7-10 business days after proof approval and payment. Timelines can vary based on garment availability, print method, and color count. Need it faster? Ask about rush options.
For traditional screen printing, the sweet spot starts at 36 pieces per design. We can print fewer, but setup costs make unit pricing higher. For very small runs, we can recommend DTG or DTF transfers.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best. High-resolution PNGs (300 DPI at print size) also work. Please convert fonts to outlines and include Pantone (PMS) callouts if color-critical. We can help clean up artwork if needed.
We specialize in screen printing for vibrant, durable prints. We also offer embroidery, DTG/DTF for short runs or color-heavy artwork, and specialty inks (water-based, neons, metallic). We’ll recommend the best fit for your design and budget.
In screen printing, each ink color requires its own screen and setup. More colors generally increase cost. If you are on a budget, we can reduce colors, halftone a photo look, or suggest DTG/DTF for multicolor gradients.
